Tourism Ireland is responsible for marketing the island of Ireland overseas as a holiday and business tourism destination. We devise and deliver marketing programmes in over 20 markets across the world, reaching an audience of up to 200 million potential visitors each year.

The island of Ireland is growing in popularity amongst Chinese visitors with an additional 10% welcomed to our shores last year. With a strong outbound travel market, China is one of our key markets of the future and we are delighted to announce the following exciting job opportunity.

CHIEF REPRESENTATIVE CHINA

This role will contribute to the overall strategic direction and development of Tourism Ireland in China and Hong Kong and to leverage the growing opportunities in the market by managing and overseeing Tourism Irelands marketing activities in the Region. As Tourism Irelands appointed Chief Representative in China the post-holder will be responsible for the operations and day-to-day running of Tourism Irelands office and will act as the main contact for inter-departmental and government relationships in China. A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
