Position Description

Job Title：Marketing Specialist

Report Line：Chief Representative, Greater China

Location:Beijing

Job Description

① Responsible for press release production including content collection, translation, editing, basicgraphic design and timely update new tourism resources, products, stories, trends and events from Denmark and Norway;

②Develop social media calendar and implement always-on yearly activities;

③ Manage STBs owned/earned social media and digital platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo and other social media and digital accounts and edit relevant marketing contents and materials;

④ Support media and PR tasks and answer consumer enquiries;

⑤ Consumer and digital marketing events/projects support;

⑥Supportin media database, image bank and website (http://www.beiou.org ) maintenance and updates;

⑦ Preparation of documents for meetings, arrangement of venues and refreshments as required and meeting minutes keeping;

⑧ Daily secretary tasks, translation of marketing materials and quarterly reports compilation;

⑨ Other tasks assigned by Chief Representative, Greater China.

Job Specification

① Bachelor degree or above in marketing, journalism, publicrelations, communications, business administration, foreign language or a suitable combination of education and work experience;

②High level self-motivation and innovative thinking;

③Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;

④Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and highly developed English language skills;

⑤Good ability to create, edit and proofread documents in both Chinese and English as required;

⑥High degree of accuracy and attention to details;

⑦Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop and so on;

⑧Destination knowledge of Nordic countries will be an advantage;

⑨Be able to travel both domestically internationally;
