Tourism Fiji is seeking a highly enthusiastic individual who is passionate about tourism to Fiji to be part of our Greater China team as :

This role will report to the Regional Manager Greater China and responsible for the execution of marketing activities to help champion Fijis brand positioning in the Greater China market through trade shows, sales calls advertising and industry presentations.

The person we are looking for must:

• Be passionate about Fiji and possess the experience and skills to ultimately help drive visitor numbers from Greater China to Fiji.

• Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders and provide awareness of Tourism Fijis activities to ensure maximum engagement and participation.

• Undertake administrative activities including payments/closure of accounts and report compilation.

• Coordinate consumer marketing and publicity activities with external marketing agencies.

• Represent Tourism Fiji at events and promote a positive image of Tourism Fiji and Fijis Tourism industry in Greater China.

• Under take any other projects and duties which may occasionally be assigned.

• A Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Tourism, or equivalent field with atleast two (2) years experience with proven experience in Public Relations,marketing communications or media engagement.

• Legal right to live and work in China.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English are essential.

• Position is based in Tourism Fijis office in Shanghai.
