Description of Services for 2020 BTHVN Top Event - Venue

The German National Tourist Board (GNTB) has its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It works on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) to represent Germany as a tourist destination and is funded by the Ministry in accordance with a decision taken by the German Bundestag. The GNTB develops and communicates strategies and products to promote Germany#39;s positive image abroad as a tourist destination and to encourage tourists to visit the country. It has 32 agencies around the world to support its activities. More information can be found online at www.germany.travel.

2. Description of Services
As Part of the annual theme 250 years of Beethoven, a major marketing event will be held in Beijing. The target group is not only important and influential travel agencies, but also media representatives, VIPs of German embassy and other cultural organizations in Beijing.

The organizer ist the German National Tourist Board Beijing Office (GNTO Beijing) and the Beethoven Jubilauml;ums Gesellschaft in Bonn.

GNTO Beijing is looking for a venue for this Top Event with places for presentation, mini-concert and also space for engagement e.g. VR-Lounge.

Strengthening the image of Reiseland Deutschland
Increasing demand for cultural tourism in Germany
Promoting the tourist resources based on the theme of 250 Years of Beethoven
